What it does
- Work lists by estate and suburb: see which units to work next, log outcomes with one tap.
- POPIA built in: contact is allowed only when the rules say so; consent, objections, deletion requests and an audit trail are part of every plan.
- One inbox for enquiries: buyers, tenants and sellers who contact an agent, with a timer, next steps and reminders.
- Agent profile and contact card: a shareable card with the agent's details, firm and Fidelity Fund Certificate status.
- Agency tools: teams, assignments, analytics, branding, backups and a data export.
WhatsApp and your data
We are building the option for agents to connect their own WhatsApp Business number to PropDeck, using Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. When it is switched on, we use the messages and contact details of people who message that number, only to show them as enquiries in the agent's inbox, let the agent reply and follow up, and record the conversation against the right property or lead.
- Conversations are started by the person who messages the agent. We do not use the platform to message cold lists.
- Each agent and agency can see only their own conversations.
- We do not sell or share WhatsApp data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
- Anyone can ask an agent to stop contacting them, and the request is honoured.
- Data is processed on the agent's behalf under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), is hosted in South Africa, and is deleted on request.
